Brown Innovative is a Charlotte-based creative agency that specializes in helping clients clarify their brand, goals, target audience, and strategy. We then create smart, beautiful design and technology solutions to achieve these goals.
Our mission is to aid in the advancement of a better, more progressive society, and we primarily work with clients who strive to do the same. We handle each task with a varied viewpoint and a compassionate approach to creatively solve difficult problems.
Founded in 2016, we aim to reshape how organizations think and talk about themselves. That work has translated into dynamic digital strategies and enlivened brands for the likes of the Charlotte Hornets, Jacksonville Jaguars, Greenlight Fund, and Hillsborough Community College, among many others.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
After spending over a decade and a half in the corporate world as a creative professional, Reshad Brown decided to strike out on his own and establish Brown Innovative in 2016. Throughout his career, he discovered that working on projects with a meaningful purpose was his true passion and found great fulfillment in contributing to causes that made a positive impact.
With a wealth of experience in a variety of sectors, including the NBA, NFL, higher education, and non-profit organizations, Reshad has established himself as a highly skilled and accomplished creative leader. He now looks to infuse the knowledge and expertise he gained from these experiences into the DNA of Brown Innovative, helping to drive the company’s mission of creating purpose-driven work that makes a difference.
